PRINTING: All images are printed on Kodak Professional Endura Premier archival quality paper using pigment inks and have a Lustre finish. Every print, regardless of size, is heirloom quality. These prints will last for 100 years in a typical home or business display without fading or for 200 years in dark storage. Prints are produced at the printer and shipped directly to you. The in-lab time is approximately 1-3 business days. Please be aware that this time does not include actual shipping time.
PACKAGING: Prints larger than 16"x20" are typically rolled and shipped in a tube. Prints smaller than 16"x20" are placed into a plastic sleeve and taped between two flat pieces of cardboard to prevent creasing during transit. The prints are then placed in a box with appropriate packing material.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES: Orders ship for free via FedEx Ground, unless you would like to have your prints signed, in which case a $10 surcharge for extra shipping and handling will be added to the order. Prints are signed only at the special request of the customer. If you would like your prints signed, please select this option under shipping when you check out. Please be aware that signed prints require about 1 week of extra turnaround time. Expedited and Overnight shipping are available at the extra charge of $15 and $30 respectively. Please be aware that your bank may charge you a fee to purchase in US dollars. RETURN POLICY: Your satisfaction is important to me. My goal is to provide you with fine art photographs of the highest quality that are worth more to you personally than the money you have invested in them. Please remember that there is great variation between monitors in brightness, color display and picture resolution. Therefore, the print you receive may not look exactly as it did on your monitor when you ordered it. Rest assured that the color reproduction and print quality have met my own exacting standards and present the image as I intended. If you are unhappy with your purchase or your prints were damaged in transit, please contact me immediately and I will do my best to rectify the situation. Requests for returns or exchanges will be honored only at my discretion. Please do not submit requests more than 14 days after the original purchase date. Reimbursement for returned items will include the original purchase price minus all shipping and handling charges. You are responsible for return shipping and you must repackage the print(s) in their original packaging materials.
